I submitted my vote bright & early this morning. It was my second time ever voting in a presidential election. Pushing the big red button to submit my vote (and be a part of history) is my favorite. The waiting & watching is not. Next time, I think I'll host an election party like Kimberly.
Whether or not my chosen candidates win, I have fulfilled my civic duty today. Here's to democracy.
I highly recommend the party thing. If your guy or gal wins, it's fun to celebrate. If he or she loses, you have sad company to commiserate with...I've experienced both ;)
